If your child will be participating in any sport during the 25-26 school year, they must have an up to date PIAA physical. The PIAA physical form is linked here for your convenience . All physicals must be completed ON OR AFTER May 1, 2025. This is a PIAA rule and athletes will not be allowed to participate until their up to date physicals are on file with the athletic director.
