We are excited to announce a new paperless process for submitting student service hours! Students no longer need to collect signatures from supervisors or parents to verify their hours.
The new online form is now available in RenWeb. Parents can log in and submit service hours along with the contact information for the person responsible for supervising the service. A PCS staff member will contact the supervisor directly by email to confirm the hours. Service hours will only be approved after the supervisor has responded and confirmed by email.
Instructions to Submit Service Hours in RenWeb:
Log in to RenWeb (Parents Account).
Click on Family Home.
Select the student under Family Members.
Click the “+” button next to Service Hours.
Enter the Date and Number of Hours.
In the Description field, briefly describe the type of service performed.
Leave the Verified By field blank – a PCS staff member will handle verification.
In the Notes field, please include the supervisor's name and email address.
Requirements:
Grades 9–11: Students must independently complete 15 hours of service each year. School-sponsored service opportunities may count toward this requirement.
Grade 12: Students must either complete 40 hours of service during the school year OR participate in the Senior Mission Trip, which fulfills the requirement.
