This year we will be scheduling our parent teacher conferences online through "Meet the Teacher". Click here to find directions for accessing the program and scheduling your conferences. Conferences will be held on:
Monday, November 24th from 1:00pm to 9:00 pm
Tuesday, November 25th from 9:00am to 3:00 pm
LOWER SCHOOL INFORMATION:
Please sign-up for a conference time slot with your child(ren)’s classroom teacher(s). Each time slot is 25 minutes. Please note that the actual conference time is only 20 minutes and the extra 5 minutes is "travel time" to your next conference. If you have two students with the same teacher you may sign up for two time slots. Families with multiple children at PCS will want to sign up early to ensure preferred time slots.
Please be prompt for your conference as we have allotted the time you have chosen. We also ask that you make arrangements for your children since we are unable to provide childcare during conferences. For safety reasons, children cannot be left unattended on the playground or in the building.
If you need to change your conference time, please go back to the "Meet the Teacher" program and change it there. If you need to cancel on the day of your conference, please contact the office by phone (215-822-0187) or by email (akipp@plumsteadchristian.org).
MIDDLE/UPPER SCHOOL INFORMATION:
Please be prompt to your appointment. Teachers have conferences booked back to back and will not have the flexibility to extend your conference time if you are late.
As you're booking appointments, please keep in mind that each teacher has approximately 30-40 appointment slots and a teacher may have 70-80 students. As a courtesy to fellow parents, please limit your appointments to those teachers with whom you have specific concerns/questions. If you are purely interested in a report of your child's progress, teachers will be providing commentary on quarter one report cards.
