Fourth quarter report cards are now available for viewing on ParentsWeb (FACTS), which can be accessed through the PCS Family Portal by clicking on ParentsWeb in the top right corner. Report cards will remain available online for two weeks. If you would like a hard copy for your records, please print one during that time. If you experience any difficulty accessing your child's report card, please contact the school office for assistance.
Lower School Notes: Narrative Reports referenced in report card comments have been mailed! Class lists for the 2026–2027 school year will be posted in early August.
Middle & Upper School Notes: Some report cards include the designation of Honors or High Honors for each quarter. To qualify for "High Honors," a student must have achieved a grade average of 96% or higher for the marking period with no grade under 94% in all core courses taken. To qualify for "Honors," a student must have achieved a grade average of at least 88% for the marking period with no earned grade under 85% in all core courses taken. All classes, core and elective, are included when determining the grade average for honor roll. Each quarter is listed separately. The cumulative numerical average on the report card of upper school students reflects all grades earned since 9th grade, including the grades & credits earned this year.
